getting the most out of Hovander Park while we still live so close (our house went on the market last week! keep your fingers crossed...)
Lila was steering and said "he's not Max mom, he's my athithtant (assistant)". She also said "New York City, here we come!" Max seems perfectly pleased to be her lackey.

playing in the fountain. Lila LOVES this. Max doesn't.
above is what Max wanted to do instead: walk up this ramp and run down. we didn't stay long.
