Halloween

 We didn't get many pictures unfortunately - ok, truth be told Matt was taking pictures and we did get some, but they mostly suck, because my adoring husband is good at many things but taking even mediocre pictures is not one of them.  Note to self.  But what we did SCORE was a killer trick-or-treating neighborhood!!  Who knew our neighbors would all try to out-do each other!  There were tons of lights and decor, haunted yards and garages - someone even had a popcorn machine out, giving bags of hot popcorn to the parents for sustenance!  The kids were so eager - this was their first real night-time-dark-with-flashlights-trick-or-treating and  I had to remind them to stay on the door-step, that they needn't step into people's houses. Especially the scary lady up the street who we couldn't tell if she was wearing a costume or not - hopefully she doesn't have our blog address.
