Matt participated in Donkey Basketball again this year - a fundraiser for the school district. He was put on the opposing team (their rival school) and made the winning point in the last 4 seconds - which, is pretty remarkable considering he was on a donkey. Only Matt. I don't think his school's team was all that thrilled with him however. He did make it on the front page of the Ferndale paper though! This is the only picture I have because Lila was TERRIFIED of the whole experience and what we did watch was through a little window in a hallway door. She kept her head buried in my neck the whole time shaking her head no and saying "loud. loud." over and over. It was awfully loud. We didn't stay long.February 12, 2007
