We went to the Holiday Port Festival for the gingerbread house display and music and Santa happened to be placed right by the door when you walk in. I casually asked Lila if she wanted to sit on his lap (half-kidding,thinking hahaha, yeah right) and she said yes (!) which is also why they have their coats on. This is the chain of events that followed.

He was okay once Lila was up there, too. Funny. Lila was over-the-top about the candy cane he gave her. She didn't know what it WAS, but was thrilled nonetheless.
