We went to the new Million Smiles playground in Lynden today and it is AWESOME - aside from the fact that it's in Lynden... : )
Check this place out! The yellow house below shelters a big spiral tube slide. There is a "toddler town" (a few shots down) for tots. It's sitting right above a stream (perfect for warm days) and there's a deck above the water with benches and 'checker/chess' tables. There's a sheltered picnic area connected to the playground. It was all built and funded by vollunteers. Very cool...
